What COVID-19 precautions do you have in place?

Every student participating in training will be screened prior to being allowed into the venue. Screening precautions will include answering a number of simple questions in line with the latest Public Health England advice along with having their temperatures taken. As well as this, all students will be issued with a disposable face mask as well as gloves, aprons and visors if required. Alcohol sanitiser is available throughout the venue as are hand washing facilities. Students will be asked to scan an NHS test and trace barcode upon their arrival as well as leave an email address in order to be contactable if they should be advised to self-isolate.

Do you have parking on site?

Yes, we a private car park with ample spaces right outside of our venue that is covered 24/7 by CCTV.

How do I get my certificate?

Upon successful completion of your course, you will be emailed an e-certificate within 5 working days. If you wish to opt for a printed certificate instead of e-certificate then please do let us know and we can arrange for this to be sent out to you.

How long does my certificate last?

Certificate length varies depending on the specific course you are undertaking. In order to ascertain the certificate length please download the qualification specification on the course page or read the key information tab within the overview section.

Do I receive an e-certificate or printed certificate?

As of 30th March 2020, our standard method of certificate delivery is now in e-certificate format. That being said, if you wish to opt for a printed certificate then please do let us know and we can arrange for this to be sent out to you.

Do you provide lunch?

Water, tea, coffee and biscuits are provided for each student; however, we are unable to provide lunch and so you will need to make your own lunch arrangements. We do have a kitchenette on site that contains a fridge, kettle, microwave and sink that can be used as well as local amenities such as McDonalds, Greggs, Starbucks and Esso that are within walking distance.

What do I need to bring to a training course?

All training materials such as stationary, notebooks, textbooks, hand-outs and aides are all provided upon your arrival. If you have been supplied with a pre-course textbook, then please do ensure you bring this with you for reference throughout the course.

What do I need to wear to a training course?

For training courses that include practical elements please wear comfortable clothing, supportive footwear and limit the wearing of excessive jewellery. For theory-based courses with no practical elements please adopt a smart casual dress attire.

Where are you located?

We are located within the business hub on Snetterton Business Park in Norfolk. This thriving working community is situated opposite Snetterton Race Circuit and is easily accessible through a large service station slip road directly off the A11 in Norfolk. We are approximately 30 minutes-drive from Norwich along the A11, 20 minutes from Thetford along the A11, 50 minutes from King’s Lynn through Watton and Swaffham, 50 minutes from Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft along the A11 and A47, 20 minutes from Diss, 35 minutes from Bury St Edmunds, 1 hour from Cambridge, 1 hour from Ipswich, 1.5 hours from Colchester, 1.5 hours from Bedford, 1.5 hours from Peterborough, 1.5 hours from Chelmsford and 2 hours from London.
